The Challenge

A talented architect
with no brand to
show for it.

Rafaela Bender is an architect with a clear vision: sophisticated residential and interior design projects that blend functionality, aesthetics, and a deep understanding of how people live in their spaces. But her personal brand didn't reflect any of that.

No visual identity. No consistent voice. No strategy for attracting the right clients through social media. My job wasn't just to "create content" it was to build the brand from the ground up and then run the entire operation.

This is the most complete case in my portfolio full branding + creative direction + photo shoot direction + ongoing 360° social media management, all under one strategy.

"Time in Motion"

The concept "Time in Motion" (Time in Motion) captures Rafaela's philosophy architecture that evolves with its clients, never static, always purposeful. It became the filter for every piece of content, every visual choice, every caption.

The Branding Process

Before creating a single post, I ran a full brand positioning process. Every visual and verbal decision was made intentionally from the brand name concept to the exact shades in the color palette.

Positioning Study

Deep research into Rafaela's personality, unique way of working, target client profile, and competitors to identify what would make her brand truly distinct in the architecture and interiors market.

Logo Supervision

Briefed and supervised a partner designer on the visual identity, ensuring every element the RB monogram, typefaces, patterns aligned perfectly with the "Time in Motion" positioning.

Photo Shoot Direction

Conducted full creative direction for Rafaela's brand photo session with photographer Pietra defining scenes, outfits, props, and visual references to make every image feel like the brand, not just a portrait.

After the branding was locked, I took over Rafaela's entire Instagram content operation. Every single piece went through me: strategy, scripting, filming, editing, captions and publishing. The work ran from the brand launch through February 2026.

Created carousel posts covering services (residential, commercial, landscaping, interiors), project reveals, and educational content. All designed to position Rafaela as a reference in her market.

Monthly Workflow

runs every month.

The key to consistent results is a consistent process. Every month, we run the same strategic cycle making sure content always evolves with the brand's growth and market positioning.

Week 1

Strategy Meeting

Monthly editorial meeting to define topics based on brand positioning, business objectives, and performance data from the previous month.

Week 1–2

Scripts, Copy & Visual Planning

I write all scripts for Reels, copy for carousels and stories, and define the visual references and creative direction for each piece.

Week 2–3

Filming & Editing

I film all video content personally, then edit with consistent brand aesthetics: color grading, typography overlays, sound design and pacing aligned to "Time in Motion."

Ongoing

Publishing, Captions & Management

I manage all posting schedules, write every caption, and oversee community management, keeping the brand voice consistent across every touchpoint.

"Time in Motion"

THE CONCEPT THAT
DRIVES EVERYTHING.

"Time in Motion" is the strategic lens through which every piece of content was created. It captures the idea that Rafaela's architecture adapts, evolves, and moves with her clients' lives. But it goes deeper than that.

The concept also reflects who Rafaela is as a person. She is a triathlete always in motion, always pushing forward, constantly evolving. That same energy shapes how she runs her studio: projects move fast, decisions are sharp, and nothing stays still for long.

From story layouts to Reels to captions, the concept creates cohesion across every format without being repetitive. The brand feels like her because it is her.
